I went to Discord to vent my frustration about my space shuttle exploding, and about me being lost on the vast and enormous planet Alioth.

Suddenly... a hero... a hero named DarkHorizon offered his aid. He picked me up and flew me to the closest market, this guy saved my day and should be given the medal of.. err heroes?

Eyes and Ears Rescue just saved my life. I was 90km from my base and had no way to return to it. I couldn't do anything and was stuck. I mentioned my predicament in chat.

DarkHorizon from Eyes & Ears Rescue quickly came to the rescue. He showed up in minutes with a magnificent ship to give me a ride to my base. I was amazed and impressed.

Fast and friendly like a super hero out of the sky to save my day and get me back in action. I was very impressed and suggest anyone who needs a rescue contact them.

It was a day like every other day, but this day should not be like any other. I'm working as Miner for "Atlon Kolonie" and I got word that the trading section is going to make a big order of rare metals, so I was going to farm some to get extra reputation for a fast delivery.

Suddenly I found my self lost in the depths of Alioth and the last thing I can remember was that the ceiling was falling down and buried me.

After I woke up back at the Arkship, a dear player named DarkHorizon heard my plea and took me back to my Company. He was really fast and nice.

I was out on a flight during a typical rendezvous mission. Unexpected and extended flight time and a lack of preparedness for such a situation left my ship at critical fuel levels. Before I knew it, I was plummeting towards the vast oceans of Alioth.

With a 'sploosh' I was left in despair, but only after a brief moment, once I fired off a distress call, I received a hail from Eyes and Ears Rescue.

Their professionalism was always cool and collected; and after a brief conversation, my situation was understood and a dispatch was sent to my location within minutes.

The incredible skill of the pilot was absolute and without question as the manoeuvre required to allow me to both refuel and transfer to my own vessel from his own left no room for error. The operation was a total success and I could continue my sortie without delay.

My humble thanks go out to the agents of Eyes and Ears Rescue and their wonderful service.

After taking command of one of the Ministry Organization’s largest ships in Dual Universe, (The Rex Liberata), Bramse, PirateTrader, WhiteMEat, all trusted crew in the Ministry, noticed our engines had failed 54 SU from Alioth enroute to Jago.

After a few alternative solutions came to mind for ideas on respooling our engines with no fuel, we started running out of ideas. Panic started to set in and all Hell was breaking loose! We went into action with all crew put out a mayday in general chat. One of the first responders, DarkHorizon, immediately volunteered to provide us some Kergon to get us going again.

Thanks to the help of NQ’s wormhole transportation and DarkHorizon, who was ready to fly into space to save us, we were able to get the fuel we needed in that unfortunate predicament that every player has came across at one point in time, and something that nearly cost us a night’s worth of sleep!

The whole of the Ministry organization thanks DarkHorizon for his efforts!

Request was very good and the helper was very kind but I weren't called via 911 but by PM because I knew he was in the rescue unit.

Eyes & Ears: Search And Rescue saved me from being stranded in my own base.

Having wasted all my fuel reserves and not possessing materials to craft more, I decided to see if anybody on the discord would help me.

Within minutes I was contacted by an E&E member notifying me that my fuel request had been sent to the team.

After sending my position to the team the fuel was transferred to me in record time and I was set to continue what i was doing.

E&E saved me a 65km walk and i am very grateful for it.

I crashed my ship into one of the market districts while looking for people to tour my space vessel I had built on one of the nearby moons.

It was just a happy coincidence that it turns out the Eyes & Ears had set up shop nearby.

They were able to repair my ship at a reasonable price and I was on my way again in no time.

I was on my way back form Madis and Thades with my holds filled with Scandium, Aluminum and Nickel, so I could craft a bigger ship.

I could have limped back home by clearing trees and mining surface deposits to repair broken parts... All part of trying to fly a ship with too much cargo on board.

You saved me hours no doubt, since I was 1400km from my base when you picked me up, even though you were short on time.

Courtesy of lessons learned, I decided to join E&E, and have designed, built, and field tested my own light transport space bus. I will apply for membership soon.

So I had this issue when playing during the first Alpha 2 test where I lost my ship in deep space. I then heard about the 911 channel in-game where you could ask for help to fetch your ship and DarkHorizon answered my request.

He helped me find my ship in deep space, and how to navigate back to Alioth (This was the first time navigating in space). I gotta say that the service they offered was superb as DarkHorizon was very friendly and helped me in several ways, including debugging by getting help from admins in-game.

Cannot recommend their service more.

I was on route to Teoma at full burn. This was the first trans-planetary trip with this particular model and I hadn't tested the fuel consumption in space at it's current weight. It consumed the entire tank of fuel but was well on it's way with no other issues.

Problem is, the server shut down briefly, bringing the ship to a full halt with an empty gas can just over 100su out from Alioth. Like a fool, I hadn't packed enough fuel for a second trip and was stuck flying back to Alioth at a snails pace.

Some friends of mine mentioned the 911 channel where I met DarkHorizon. He made the trip out to me which took a little over an hour and a half. He topped off my tank and I was able to make the trip to Teoma from there.

I am incredibly grateful for the services that Eyes & Ears provided and hope that they keep going.

My friend and I built a ship. He finished it while I was offline and told me to take it for a ride. We hadn't made it to space yet...but this ship was good enough to make it into space! The problem was, the ship wasn't good enough to make it back from space. Its steering was not working.

I found myself 3.5million meters away...floating randomly into deep space. I was running low on fuel...but couldn't make a push back either way because I couldn't turn around, I could only aim further into space.

After hearing my plea, Eyes & Ears had someone up and out in space within minutes and high-tailing it towards me. They were helpful and professional.

Though my rescuer wasn't able to diagnose the issue and we weren't able to make the ship flyable, they did offer me a ride back and instructions on how to later retrieve the ship. Overall, the service was wonderful!

This is a very cool thing you are doing. There is a huge learning curve when it comes to building/piloting a vessel in space. The service you're providing helped me out of a pickle and will help many more people out of similar situations!

Well I was coming in for a landing on Allioth, and DU ended up crashing on me. When I logged back in, I fell from my craft and hit the ground about 160m below it. I could not fetch it due to a past incident, and it was just outside of maneuvering range.

With it being outside of Maneuvering range and having used fetch in the last 24 hours I was out of luck, so I asked for NQ help in chat.

DarkHorizon, the leader of Search and Rescue was on the ball and actually responded faster then NQ, and arrived on site within minutes to lift me to an altitude to retrieve my ship.

As for suggestions or Feedback, I have none...except it was exceptional service right when I needed it.

It was my first time in space - I didn't know how it works and I wanted to try to go to another celestial body. I wasn't able to stop the ship and hit the moon hard, I guess i forgot space brakes?

The impact totalled my ship, I had no idea how to respawn back at my base so I was stranded on the moon.

Eyes & Ears service was just great - I was just standing there waiting and then Haunty flew over and I was able to board his awesome ship with seats and a beautiful cat in the front. Thanks guys!

In an attempt to reduce the amount of fuel my craft was consuming, I pushed it to its limits but ended up stranded in space. Gravity slowly did it’s job but I was left without fuel and glided through the atmosphere without engine power.

My call for help got a quick response and a knight in shining armour came to my rescue.

I made a request for a tow. I had three xs ships on Teoma, and needed them all taken to Madis. We were unable to dock the ships but luckily E&E was able to get enough people to help fuel and fly back the three priceless xs ships over two hours away.

Annabella came to my aid all the way out at Symeon. I had overshot the planet, and burned my remaining fuel returning to the planet with minimal fuel in reserve to make it back from Teoma once I left. It would have been impossible to refuel once I got planet-side.

Thanks to Eyes and Ears, my friend will get to rejoin our group on Teoma.

Excellent service!! I had a broken down ship in low orbit, that required some tricky maneuvering to repossess. Your representative DarkHorizon came to my aid in a matter of minutes and even retooled his rescue vessel for the job at hand, providing a safe and expedient recovery.

I was on my first inter-planetary trip on my new ship and miscalculated how much fuel I'd need to return. After using the last of my fuel I found myself stranded far from home.

Eyes & Ears was great! I thought I'd have to reset and build a new ship, get fuel etc. and them come back to my stranded ship. Instead someone from Eyes & Ears got to me within 2 hours and helped me on my way :) 

I wanted to test the jetpack in space. it worked the first time. but when I returned to the ship to retry, I was "ejected" and my ship flew away without me.

the service was very fast and pleasant. 

DarkHorizon went out of his way to pick my noob ass up on Ailoth and rescue my wayward ship that was outside of "Fetch" range after a glitch caused me to be separated from it. Thanks, Eyes & Ears, and thanks to DarkHorizon!

Had a major accident near a far-away planet. Got stranded there with absolutely no chance of getting back with my Mid-size ship.

Got help from the (darhorse) member ROK, who flew all the way out there and helped me rescue and repair the ship to - not just flying level - but perfect status again ..

On the way to Madis, I ran out of space fuel after 50 SU. Shortly after asking for help on the official Dual Universe Disocrd Server, I got a private message from Ardescar!

He provided me with 800L of Kergon and now I can, thanks to his help, get back to Alioth and prepare for my next spaceflught that I have enough fuel with me. :D

The service of Eyes & Ears is really great, very reliable support.

DarkHorizon came to my rescue after I was seeking help in 911 chat. I basically could not summon my hovercraft to fly away in. It was not showing in my inventory after gathering the parts. Rebooting would not work, and All chat had many other conversations of people needing assistance.

DarkHorizon flew me to a location close by where I could meet up with my mate and figure things out together.

So thanks DarkHorizon for your speedy assistance. A much appreciated service :)

I had an unfortunate accident while attempting a landing on Teoma that resulted in a large explosion that destroyed my resurrection module. I found myself waking up in Alioth, no ship, on the streets, and with no way to go home and get into my spare ship.

I dialed 911 and my savior showed up in a beautiful ship at market 9 and gave me a ride all the way to Teoma. A +4 hour trip. Great community service.

I was trying to fly to Alioths moon and skimmed the atmosphere at 5000kmph. The ship burnt, I crashed, and it froze midair. Its destroyed state prevented me from fetching so i requested help.

A rescuer came and gave me a ride over to right below it, but since it was 4600m up I needed NQ to help me with the rest.

Took very little time overall. Much appreciated. :)
